About Orris

A clinic that starts by listening

Orris opened in 2024 on Elystan Street, a quiet stretch between Chelsea and South Kensington. Three treatment rooms, three clinicians, and a rule that nobody is treated at their first visit for injectables.

The clinic

Orris is named after the iris root, one of the oldest ingredients in skincare: slow to mature and worth the wait. We work the same way. Most of what we do builds gradually, over weeks, and we'd rather you left with a plan than with a treatment you weren't sure about.

The rooms are private, the lighting is warm rather than clinical, and appointments are long enough that nobody is watching the clock. Our medical director assesses every injectable case in person.

Choosing a treatment

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

You don't need to know before you come in. Tell us what's bothering you; we'll assess your skin and recommend a plan, which may be as simple as a change in routine.

Are your treatments suitable for all skin tones?

Yes. Peel depths and microneedling settings are chosen to lower the risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation in deeper skin tones.

Will I look like I've had something done?

Not if we've done our job. Looking "done" usually comes from too much product placed too quickly. We work conservatively and review before adding.

On the day and after

How long does a typical appointment take?

Consultations run for 45 minutes. Most treatments take 30 to 75 minutes, including numbing where it's needed.

Is there any downtime after treatment?

It depends on the treatment. Facials have none; microneedling brings a day or two of redness; deeper peels can mean up to five days of flaking. Each treatment page lists it.

When will I see results?

Facials show the same day. Collagen treatments build over six to twelve weeks. Your written plan sets out the timeline for your treatment.

What if I'm unhappy with the result?

That's what the two-week review is for. Call the clinician who treated you directly; you won't be passed to a front desk.

Booking and pricing

Why don't you list prices for anti-wrinkle treatment?

It's a prescription-only medicine, and UK rules don't allow those to be advertised to the public. We discuss options and costs in person, after a prescriber assessment.

Do I have to buy a course?

No. Some treatments work better as a course and we'll tell you when that's true, but there are no packages and no pressure to commit up front.

What's your cancellation policy?

A £50 deposit holds any appointment and comes off the cost on the day. You get it back if you give us 48 hours' notice.
